The Changeling

I’m currently reading The Changeling by Victor LaValle. I’m about 44% of the way through, and while it took me a little while to really get into the story, I’m thoroughly enjoying it now. The plot has already taken several unexpected turns, and the depth of the narrative is impressive. This is probably the longest book I’ve read this year, and it shows in the richness of the character development and world it is building..
