
Welcome back! We’re already on week three of my OKRs journey, inspired by Measure What Matters. I set up this OKR to help my focus on improving health and fitness, but I’d love to hear your thoughts or any tips you have to share along the way!

Objective: Improve Overall Health and Fitness
Here’s a reminder of my Key Results and how I did this past week:
- Key Result 1: Lose 1 pound per week
🟡 Yellow – While weight loss is my primary goal for 2025, I see it more as a tracking metric. This week, I didn’t hit a full pound but made progress—better than last week! - Key Result 2: Work out 4.5 times per week
🟡 Yellow – I managed four workouts, just like the past two weeks. Weekends remain a challenge, but I’m hoping to break that pattern soon. With the Thanksgiving holiday ahead, it might be tricky—but I’m aiming for five days! - Key Result 3: Limit fast food consumption to 0.5 times per week
✅ Green – No fast food at all this week! - Key Result 4: Drink 100 oz of water daily
✅ Green – I hit about 85.7% of my water goal. Weekends continue to be a struggle, but I stayed consistent during the weekdays.

Week 3 Recap
Two yellows and two greens—I’m feeling more on track! With Friday off, I’m optimistic about making it to the gym for five days this coming week. Water intake might still be my biggest challenge over the long weekend, but I’ll keep pushing.
